Aimee Hern started in the insurance industry one-week out of high school. Aimee attended Cascadia Community College when it first opened and worked full-time for a small, family-owned startup agency while paying her way through college. As happens with many of us, Aimee found insurance to be extremely rewarding and complex, so she remained committed to this industry post-college. After seventeen years of working in agencies small and large, startup and seasoned, Aimee knew she needed to establish her own firm in order to truly make a difference for her clients. Having collaborated with Ryan many times over the years to assist clients, Aimee and Ryan teamed up to form Paravene Insurance Partners. Aimee spends her non-business running time with family and friends, traveling and experiencing life.
